1. Accurate registrant data
Customers must provide accurate, complete registrant data and keep it updated. Incorrect data may lead to domain suspension.
2. Extension rules
Each extension has its own rules. Some .ly domains require document review before registration and may take additional time.
3. Premium domains
Premium domains are priced individually and their price is re-verified before payment is completed.
4. Transfers
Domain transfers require a valid authorization code and an unlocked domain at the current registrar, and may take several days.
5. Ownership and management
The domain remains owned by the customer; Tjara Cloud manages it technically on their behalf.
6. Availability
Availability is re-checked before registration. If the domain is no longer available, the order is cancelled and refunded.
