1. Reminder schedule
We send reminders 60, 30, 15, 7, and 1 day before a service expires.
2. Renewal price
The renewal price may differ from the initial registration price and is always shown before payment.
3. Renewal conditions
No service is renewed without a current renewal price, a valid payment or sufficient balance, customer authorization, and provider availability.
4. Late renewal
Services may be suspended on expiry. Some domains enter a redemption period with extra fees; others become available for others to register.
5. Auto-renew
Auto-renew can be enabled or disabled from the customer dashboard once accounts go live.
